UVLED long wave band (395nm): concentrated in ink printing or deep curing inside the coating, with stronger penetration, can pass through the ink coating surface into the interior, complete the deep curing of the ink, the disadvantage is that the lack of long wave energy will lead to the ink adhesion is not strong.
UVLED band range and application fields
UVA [band range 320-400nm] : more in the form of LED lamp beads, mainly used for UV glue, film, ink, varnish, paint and other coatings UV curing effect, commonly used in 365nm, 395nm, 405nm;
UVB [band range 275-320nm] : mostly UV lamp irradiation, mainly used to promote the growth of plants, the peak at about 295nm;
UVC [band range of 200-275nm] : mostly UV lamp irradiation, mainly used for sterilization and disinfection industry, ideal peak at about 250nm;
UVD [band range of 100-200nm] : The ultraviolet light source in this band is easy to react with oxygen to produce ozone, which is also the reason for the odor in many full-band UV mercury lamp workshops;
UVV [band range of 400-500nm] : the UV curing industry extends the band, which belongs to the range of visible ULTRAVIOLET light. Long-term exposure will also cause stinging eyes, so professional protective glasses are needed. Because this band is longer and less harmful to the human body, many UV glue curing areas are also reused.
